Location next to the water park in the Sleep Inn which is right next door, Minot over the 4th of July weekend and MainStay Suites in Minot, N. Also, close to mall and restaurants. Good location, excellent and great breakfast with a lot of food.

The breakfast was great with good choice of choice. Courteous staff and the location was perfect and marvellous. Nothing to complain about, I appreciated this hotel and would return there.

We had a good experience. Everything was good, ideal hotel, the location was favourable really close to the Dakota Square Mall and the water park in the Sleep Inn which is right next door. The room was beautifully maintained and had a reasonably spacious bathroom. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge were useful.

This hotel is a great find! The value for money here is excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail is impressive, from the updated electronics in the rooms to the small touches like hooks in the wall behind the door. The location is perfect, right off the highway and next to the mall. Plus, having rooms with a full kitchen is such a bonus!

While some bathroom supplies were sufficiently stocked, others were sparse at times.

We had a lovely weekend stay and were impressed with the complimentary chicken and soup we received upon arrival. The location was superb for our needs as we were attending an event nearby. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice touch to have two TVs in our room.

The fitness room equipment was in need of some repairs and the continental breakfast was not up to our expectations. Additionally, housekeeping did not come daily to refresh our towels or make our beds.

Had a great Xmas vacation at a hotel close to the mall and other offerings. The staff there were fantastic - they really cared about their guests. The breakfast was top-notch with a good variety of hot and cold items, and the rooms were spacious and very clean.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty, which made it difficult to do some work remotely. the hotel gym lacked some essential workout equipment.
